RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICIES
Of course we hope that you receive and enjoy your ornaments without issue. 
However if you do have questions about returns or exchanges:
Returns:  Items must be returned within 10 days in their original packaging and in sell-able condition and must be accompanied by a store receipt.  If an item is damaged during shipping, you will be required to save the original shipping carton and packaging so that UPS or USPS can file a claim and document the damage.  We will only accept returns on items purchased directly from our website and not through third party sites, dealers, or E-bay. Refunds or replacements do not include cost of shipping and handling.
