Thank you for shopping with Mattarusky Heirloom Ornaments.
All of our ornaments arrive individually wrapped in one of our sturdy two-piece keepsake boxes with the exception of the minis that come in a one piece box.
Ordering a gift? Please use our "gift message" form when placing your order and we will be sure to include your well wishes with your gift.
If the ornament you would like to order is SOLD OUT and you would like to be notified when it is back in stock, please Contact Us and we will keep you posted!
Personalization is available on some products where noted.
Please note character/number limits for each piece.
Cost is $5.00 per personalization, which is automatically added to the price if you chose the option when ordering.
Please allow 7-10 additional days for delivery.

Return / Exchange Policy
Of course we hope that you receive and enjoy your ornaments without issue. However if you do have questions about returns or exchanges, our policy is stated below.
Returns: Items must be returned within 10 days in their original packaging and in sell-able condition and must be accompanied by a store receipt. We do not accept returns on personalized items. If an item is damaged during shipping, you will be required to save the original shipping carton and packaging so that UPS or USPS can file a claim and document the damage. We will only accept returns on items purchased directly from our website and not through third party sites, dealers, or E-bay. Refunds or replacements do not include cost of shipping and handling.
